This Indonesian Megalodon tooth features a beautiful mix of warm earthy tones, giving it a distinctive and natural look. Measuring 108mm from root to tip, it is a well-proportioned collector’s tooth with excellent visual appeal.
The serrations are sharp and well-defined, running cleanly along the edges, while the enamel is smooth with a natural sheen. The bourlette is partially visible, adding contrast to the tooth’s unique colouration.
The root has had some erosion and is mixed in with the surrounding matrix therefore we classify it as a restored root. The blade of the tooth is completely natural free from restoration and repair.
A custom timber stand is included, crafted in-house to showcase the tooth securely.
