This genuine Megalodon tooth was discovered off the coast of North Carolina, USA, and is an excellent entry-level fossil for new collectors or fossil enthusiasts. Despite its smaller size, it offers impressive preservation and aesthetic appeal.
The tooth displays nice light-brown enamel with a smooth texture and subtle natural colour variation. The root is solid and well-formed, giving the tooth a sturdy, balanced structure ideal for display. While not as large or razor-sharp as premium specimens, it still retains some visible serrations and a strong triangular form.
